Vulture is well known as a region producing bold red wines from the ever-present native varietal Aglianico so we quite intrigued with this white wine made from that very same grape. White vinification is a method where the red grape skins are immediately separated from the juice before fermentation thus vinified without skin contact. The result is a full-bodied white wine, firm on palate yet retains wonderful freshness.
