2019 Aquila del Vulture
2019 Aquila del Vulture
2019 Aquila del Vulture
Sourced from older vines, the Aquila del Vulture is a classic example of volcanic based Aglianico offering bold ripe black berry fruit framed by a restrained use of French barrique. This is a wonderful example of the modern and more refined style of Vulture where the palate is much more structured and approachable with medium aging. Prudent grape selection and minimalist intervention in the winemaking permits the wild character of Vulture to be tamed into a complex and expressive wine.
